Hello,
I've had an enlarged prostate and have had a catheter for about a month and have been on Flomax. I still can't fully empty my bladder so the catheter is still in. I had an MRI and there are multiple lesions which they graded as 4 and 5s on a scale of 1-5. They want to biopsy now. If I don't biopsy, how do I know if it's cancer, what stage if so, and if it's contained to the prostate?

You could tell him that I suggested you write him as he is also very knowledgeable about prostate cancer.
