Gleason score of 6 - refused surgery so far - also have put off any further biopsies - am 74 and feel quite well - recovered from colon cancer surgery almost four years ago - Quit taking tamsolution after few weeks - didn't like the effects - pain in my groin and ejaculations ceased. Am I being stupid?

I am not a doctor!
But I would do everything to change the conditions that cause prostate cancer. That would be where I would concentrate my efforts.
I too would not do a biopsy as it can so easily worsen the condition of prostate cancer by spreading the cells or adding germs into the prostate from the needles passing through the rectal wall.
