Hello Ron
I’ve wrote to you once already, and I asked you if there are negative side effects for doing Dr Koegel’s exercises in the case of BPH
You gave me a quick and kind answer – and thank you for it once again
It turned out that I don’t suffer from BHP, but from prostatitis that is probably caused by Chlamydia that I had more than 20 years ago (I maybe have it even now).
It is a bit embarrassing for me to confess, but right now I don’t even have money to buy your book, not to talk about any other more expensive treatment
However, I will definitely buy your book, but right now I would like to act proactively.
Could I do Dr Koegel’s exercises, and could later do prostate massage with the prostatitis that I have?
I started to do exercises, my sexual life became better, but I read that in the case of prostatitis that could be harmful.
Is that true?
Thank you for your work, it fills me with hope that I could take care of my problems that I have
Best regards from Serbia (South-Eastern Europe)
P.S Maybe this entire letter needn’t be posted on forum, but if you want – you can do it that way.

Ron here...
The boundaries between Prostatitis and BPH are not as defined and separate as Western medical makes it appear.
According to Dr Song of the 3D Prostate Clinic, it is often infections that cause BPH.
As far as prostate massage for Prostatitis, there is no rule good for all men.
Any treatment or supplement that is recommended must be checked for your compatibility as I write in "Personal Testing on this site.
And the simplest way to determine if prostate massage is for you is to go slow and gently and see how your prostate responds. Only you can tell if it is beneficial.
Moderation is always important.
See how it works for you.
