Dear Ron,
My only solution to this problem of mine seems to be self-catheterization with a dilating catheter. I'm afraid this will irritate the narrow spots so I'm reluctant to start. Is there any other alternative, in your opinion, that I could try in order to shrink the scar tissue I'm suffering from following a radiation (after prostatectomy) I had about 5 years ago?

Best to ask a urologist if there is a laser procedure that could help with this.
