All videos seem to show cutting tool entering prostate thru the urethra and then proceeding to cut prostate and the urethra tube inside the prostate away. Does this mean that the prostate gland will now fill up with urine then flow out the urethra which now ends at the point where it enters the prostate? Please clarify as to what happens to the urethra that now appears to be missing from the prostate gland. Thanks.

The prostatic urethra - your pee tube - stays OK but damage can be done to it with possible incontinence after. You will have to do lots of kegel exercises under the guidance of a good physiotherapist then.
