Have recently purchased Rons ebook. Yesterday as a result of blood test showing high creatine and low gfr found myself in emergency with a catheter inserted. Ok I have had bph for some time but managed ok. Urologist visited me and said Turp is only way unless I want to permanently have catheter. He can organise it tomorrow though I have politely declined. Ron only used catheter when required I understand? Were there potential issues with kidney function or did catheter use solve such problems. Can creatine be lowered by natural means I wonder? Wayne B

Ron here...
I am not a doctor so cannot advise you.
From what I know there is no need to rush doing a TURP operation while you figure out what is going on.
Time for you to study about diet and lifestyle to learn why you had a sudden prostate attack causing the need for a catheter. I describe the causes on this site and my books.
