I had no symptoms of BPH or prostatitis before surgery on my back (L4/L5 laminectomy). Right after the surgery, urinary detention, painful and frequent voiding was the issue. Ultrasound and free PSA shows an enlarged prostate.
What can be the reason of enlarged prostate and what is the treatment. I have bowel movement problem, painful and incomplete ejaculation as well after surgery.

Hi,
Ron here:
Surgery is real hard on the body. For every hour under anesthesia it can take a month to recover. The stress on the body and the drugs can push you over the edge, plus awful food. Easy then to have symptoms of BPH.
Eat really highest quality foods and read more on this site and my book about specifics of what to do. My approach is natural, not what most doctors do. So if you do it, you must educate yourself.
Best to you,
Ron
