Ron here...
These are some good prostate herbs.
The problem is with any food or supplement or herbal recommendations is your bio-compatibility. On paper an ingredient sounds excellent but it just may cause a negative reaction in your body.
So a list like that is a starting point. The only way to know for sure is to personal test for its bio-compatibility. And then you will know.
Here's an example: a few days ago I had a teaspoon of organic natural honey. I have not had honey in quite some time because it has caused prostate reactions before. I took it and forgot to test before hand. Low and behold 2 hours later it caused my to pee like crazy. I had an allergic-like reaction. The same can happen with any herb no matter "how good it is!"
Learn to test and you will know. I show you how in all my diet books.
ps. I have not been able to take saw palmetto for weeks now as my body reached its limit.
