soy in fish oil

by vince
(clt nc)

Dear Sir,

Is soy that is in fish oil bad for your prostrate. I am asking this question because I was told soy is very bad. Thank you for helping me.

----------------------------------
My answer:

If you download the 10 Worst Foods For Your Prostate on the site, you will see that soy oil is not a recommended oil, and soy not the best food category. Most soy oils today would also be made from GMO foods making it even worse for you

Canned fish with vegetable oils unless organic and a recommended oil would be best avoided. With water would be better. But many cans too contain harmful chemicals. Better to eat fresh or frozen wild salmon instead.
