Hi, I am 64 years old.
I have no medical data to back this up but two years ago I went in for bloodwork and my PSA was 6.1 so I was sent to a urologist that did a blood test and my PSA was 3.2 and everything was normal.
I have been massaging or milking my prostate for about 8 months now 2 to 4 times a week and yesterday I got the results from my latest blood work and my PSA was 2.6 that seemed much improved.
Do you have any thoughts on this or medical data that would back up the Improvement of my results.

Ron here...
Doctors used to massage the prostate as part of a health check-up, but this stopped decades ago. So prostate massage is not something ever talked about today.
So to answer your question, I know of no study to show the decline in PSA you are seeing from prostate milking.
Make sure you do not do your prostate massage too frequently: once or twice a week should be more than adequate.
But this is good news to show that prostate massage has helped you.
