hello, i am currently having treatment for a kidney stone-because of its large size it can't be washed out through urinating and can only be removed surgically. my operation is on 20 december.
because of this, i'm concerned about the condition of my prostrate gland.my question to you is what measures(e.g.altering eating habits etc.) can i take to keep my prostrate gland healthy? i am 64 years old.
