Hi there, when I "milk" the prostate - and the fluid starts to come out, THAT is is simply just prostatic fluid and NOT semen correct? Or is there also semen being released at the same time??
Thanks

Ron here...
Semen contains 3 inputs:
1. sperm made in the testicles.
2. fluids made in the seminal vesicles
3. prostate fluids
The fluids being released when "milking the prostate" are prostatic fluids only, unless you have an erection. Then it would be semen containing all 3 sources of fluids.
So if you are doing a non-sexual prostate massage, yes you are right. It is just fluids from the prostate being released.
