Prostate Massage Manual Missing Video

I just downloaded your Prostate Massage Manual. On page 25 there is a link to a video: "https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=prostate+massage+external

When I clicked the link YouTube said it was no longer available because the account has been closed. Do you have an alternate link, and perhaps links to other videos that show the actual massage? Visuals are most helpful to me.
