It would be worth a try using the Pro-State one as it makes you use your pelvic floor muscles. It will increase blood circulation to the area and can help with your lower external sphincter which controls leaking and dribbling.

Just do a small amount as it is easy to overwhelm the sphincter muscle.

The device can also help with circulation in the rectum.
