I had a biopsy and the score came back 3+3. the doctor said we would just watch it and do another biopsy in 6 months or a year. I am not keen on doing another biopsy. I am 64 and will be 65 in 3 months. They found cancer in 1 test area and a high pin in another. I am looking at the Budwig diet. What are your thoughts? Thank you, Don

Yes I know some people who have had some positive results with that diet protocol.
If you read my book I talk a lot about diet and how to personally test which foods and supplements resonate for you.
So from my perspective I would use any diet suggestion as a guide. The final choice on any food no matter how highly recommended would be if it tests positive for me.
