Hi Ron,
I came across another treatment for BPH - prostate artery embolization. From what I read online most patients have had success with it without much side effects.
You had mentioned somewhere that you had undergone this treatment yourself.
I'd appreciate if you could provide your feedback if it helped you in any way or not.

Yes I had it done but other than a very temporary feeling there was no improvement.
The potential problem is that the blood supply is reduced to the prostate (supposedly to reduce the size and thus symptoms) but there may be long term risks about having a reduced blood flow to the prostate. It could reduce its capability to remove toxins. I know of no study as to long term risks.
