I am undergoing a prostate arterial embolization tomorrow. It is my hope that it will negate the need for the finesteride and alfuzosin that I have long been prescribed. Can I reasonably expect improved erectile function results from this procedure, combined with the discontinued need for these 2 prescriptions?

Ron here...
As you know I had the PAE myself in January 2015. But its benefits seemed short-lived in my case of an extremely enlarged prostate (240 grams).
It may help you to some degree as it has many other men.
But it is not a cure.
For that you need to go to 3D Prostate Clinic as I have explained already in other questions.
If you find the prostate artery embolization
does not give you enough of a relief then check out this clinic.
