No Ejaculation

For a few years I don't ejaculate when I cum it is completely dry, but it feels good but nothing comes out can something be wrong ? My PSA is normal. I did have a vasectomy when I was 26. I am now 65.

Dry ejaculation just means that the ejaculation volume is smaller and may be going into the bladder. Notice your urine after and you may see some ejaculate.

You also may have BPH which can reduce the volume.
