There is a new procedure called iTind by Olympus Medical that was FDA approved last year. There is no cutting or burning. The removable device is left in for 5-7 days which creates three channels from the bladder neck down through the urethra. It doesn't have sexual side effects. The device is inserted and removed under local and maybe nitrous oxide. It takes under 5 minutes to put in and a few minutes to remove. This is the least invasive that I have come across so far. Nothing is left behind like Urolift. There is no ablating using heat, water, etc.
