Are my only two choices for an enlarged prostate 1. surgery? 2. catheterizing? Or, can prostate herbal supplements help to shrink an enlarged prostate?

Ron here...
Much depends on the condition of your prostate. It can take many years for a problem to develop and to reverse can also take time: changing your diet, exercising, finding and taking the right supplements and more all need time to have an effect. Some men get quick relief this way and others may not.
Medications do work but could have possible longer-term consequences that you should discuss with your doctor.
Each man is unique, and there is no guarantee of what will work for you.
The Rezum method seems to be one of the least invasive procedures. PAE is also minimal but it may have longer-term consequences because of the limiting of blood flow into the prostate.
