Diagnosed now with low T. What are my options after successful (December 2004) TURP traditional surgery minus retrograde issues? HRT is eliminated because of TURP.

Ron here:
Diet is the key... it is what caused your enlarged prostate in the first place, and it is what affects your testosterone today.
Most men have a LOT to learn about diet, even if they think they are eating healthy. I suggest you read one of my books that you can find out about on my site.
There is no magic solution to your problem, but it can be changed little by little over time by vastly improving your diet, which can include supplements which are bio-compatible for you.
The other keys are exercise which will help as well as going to bed by 10PM, because the hours between 10-12pm are when human growth hormone is produced, and that will help big time! Pun intended!
