Hi -
My doctor told me that an operation can be performed to deal with BPH problems. He says most men come out of it with erectile function and easier peeing. Do you agree that erections are not threatened by prostate surgery?

Ron here...
Erectile problems and incontinence are some of the risks of BPH surgery. Not in all cases, but more than a few.
It will depend on what type of surgery, the skill of the surgeon, the severity of your BPH, and individual responses to the surgery.
Rezum water BPH may be the least risky surgical method.
