I keep reading when one gets it in the right spot and use the kegel squeeze the device will slide into place. I haven't found this spot. Suggestions?
Also, is there a second spincther (sp?) to go through and is the Aneros long enough?

Ron here:
It's all about finding the right angle. Once you get it about 1/2 to 1 inch in then it can slide in once you squeeze but it is not necessary to squeeze it in. It can just be gently pushed the last bit. Once it is in, that is the correct distance and is long enough.
Remember a doctor can feel your prostate with his finger and that is not very long!
Take your time to get the Aneros in to penetrate the rectal muscles. Maker sure you are well lubricated, move it forwards and backwards a little bit while slowly pressing inwards and once you have the right angle it should go in.
And no there is only one sphincter muscle.
Try it and see if it works now.
